In the organization reports view, anyone who is part of the organization will be able to see stats on the typical reports page. However, if you have multiple teams within the Organization, the reports viewed through the organization level will display activity on a larger team scale: presenting entries through the different teams, displaying entries from those individuals, and breaking them down on a team level.

In the organization reports view, you're able to see all of your team's entries, listed in a category as well.
